These essential oils really help to move the the fluids back to the heart to pump through our system.
Lymph Movement:
Lemongrass
Tangerine
Lemon
Blood return and circulation:
Cypress
Eucalyptus
Valerian
Take 2 drops of your choice of essential oil (or blend) and apply to legs with carrier oil (coconut, olive, almond, etc.). Moving your hands in an upward movement. Can do application every hour if needed.
Lay with legs up on wall or higher than your heart on a pillow.
