INSOMNIA: Lavender, Mandarin Orange, Valerian, Marjoram, Vetiver, Neroli.
This calming blend of oils will relax the insomnia away. Throw away the sleep meds, it works! Apply to temples, under nose, brain stem (upper back of neck) an hour before or right before bed. Re-apply when you wake up in middle of night. Use 1-2 drops neat or with carrier oil.
This comes in Valerian Free formula for those of you who do not like the smell of Valerian. Valerian is a very strong nervous system suppressant BUT has a "stinky" reputation.
