If you're just getting started, here's what you need to know:

Every 10ml bottle has 200 drops!

You usually apply 1-2 drops to your skin. They can be reapplied every hour if needed- neat, or with a carrier oil (Fractionated coconut oil is a great choice!)

These oils can be used in a diffuser. Cold steam retains all the health properties of essential oils while heat destroys most of the properties. (Find your diffuser here!)
